A feast

A feast for your eyes.

A bountiful feast.

A veritable feast.

The word "feast" conjures up good hospitality, great food, an abundance of everything pleasing.

Wouldn't it be great if we looked upon each day as a feast?

Every day taking time to indulge in friendships.

Every day savoring our soul and lightening our spirit.

Every day feeling a deep appreciation for life and love.

Ah, every day...a feast!

  3. I like this one. If we all savored each day as a feast - imagine how perfect everything would be - I'm going to try this for one week and see if everyone thinks I'm a complete nut job. :D

Happy FF - & thanks for finding me cos I do enjoy a good verse.

  8. It's all a perception that starts when you wake up in the morning...
I like to open my eyes and take in the feast that is the coming day...
The beauty that surrounds me, the health that encompasses our lives, the thankfulness that I feel for being granted another day!

  20. Rachel and Fay,

Thanks you bunches! Yes, my wife and I had a great anniversary. Brought her flowers to work, and her co-workers said I was making them look bad! (Cuz they would have to bring flowers to THEIR spouses!)
